On October 16, the China Wind Power 2024 (CWP2024) was grandly unveiled in Beijing. With the theme of "Building a New Development Pattern, Implementing the New Mission of the Era", CWP2024 brought together more than 1,000 enterprises from 20-odd countries and regions around the world. During the exhibition period, Sinoma Blade had in-depth exchanges with multiple well-known enterprises from home and abroad to discuss the new wind power development trend and new opportunities in cooperation.
As one of the world's leading design, R&D, manufacturing, and service providers, Sinoma Blade showcased its newest products and research achievements through multiple new product launches and keynote speeches at this exhibition, drawing the attention of many industry experts and audiences. In the wind power market environment predominated by the “Dual Carbon” targets, Sinoma Blade actively responds to various opportunities and challenges, dedicates itself to providing excellent products and services, and enhances its market competitiveness in an all-around manner through three respects including digital transformation, intensified efforts in basic technology research, and speedup of new product development.
For digital transformation, to efficiently boost the R&D process and ensure high-quality delivery of products, Sinoma Blade has meticulously built a digital R&D platform, laying a solid foundation for the efficient, standardized, and reliable development of large-size blades.
For basic technology research, Sinoma Blade focuses on the frontier problems in the industry and has widely carried out a number of basic researches including recyclable blade design, innovative material R&D, and super-large blade testing technology, etc., amassing strong momentum for the company's long-term development and technological innovation.
For new product development, Sinoma Blade keeps abreast of the market trend. In response to the strong demands of large onshore wind power bases in the "Desert, Gobi, and Wilderness" areas, Sinoma Blade has launched the new-generation 10MW-class SI112 blade. Thanks to its high performance, wide adaptability, and high reliability, such blade can meet the electricity needs of 2,000 households for a whole day with just one hour of full-load operation.
To cater for the low-wind-speed market typified by the "Wind-harnessing Program for Thousands of Villages and Towns", Sinoma Blade launched the 220-level SI108 dual-carbon blade at the right time. For its lightweight design and high performance, this blade have become a perfect substitute for 200 impeller, which not only increases the generating capacity, but brings the benefits of clean energy to the vast countryside, enabling the “Green Wind” to sweep across every corner of the country.
During the exhibition, Sinoma Blade and Goldwind held a ceremony for signing the global strategic cooperation agreement. Ye Jiqiang, general manager of the Supply Chain Center of Goldwind Science & Technology Group, deputy general manager of the Wind Power Industry Group and general manager of the Supply Chain Center, and Xu Jun, secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of Sinoma Blade, signed the global strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of the two sides. Wu Kai, vice president of Goldwind Science & Technology Group and chairman of Goldwind International, and Wang Xin, vice president of Sinoma Wind Power Blade Co., Ltd. and chairman of Sinoma Blade, witnessed the signing. This signing is an important milestone for deepening the strategic cooperation relationship between the two sides and also a new starting point for the two sides to jointly and comprehensively promote the internationalization of the wind power industry.
