On the morning of September 9, the opening ceremony of Sinoma Wind Power Blade (Brazil) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Brazil Company")’s training class for key employees was successfully held at Sinoma Wind Power Blade (Handan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Handan Company"), and was attended by Shi Haibo, general manager of Handan Company, Meng Rui, deputy director of Human Resources at the Sinoma Blade Headquarters, as well as middle-level/senior leaders and some key employees of Handan Company and key employees of Brazil Company.
In 2023, China National Building Material Group(CNBM) put forward the strategic goal of "Rebuilding another CNBM abroad". As the first overseas wind power blade production base under Sinoma Wind Power Blade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinoma Blade"), Brazil Company has the capacity for production of large wind power blades, and is an important achievement of Sinoma Blade in implementing the "Two Seas" strategy.
The opening ceremony kicked off in a warm and harmonious atmosphere. Firstly, Liu Fang, assistant general manager of Handan Company, presided over the opening ceremony, and she extended a warm welcome to the Brazilian colleagues who came from afar, and expounded on the significance of this training in promoting exchanges between subsidiaries and enhancing the team's capabilities.
Subsequently, Meng Rui, deputy director of Human Resources at the Sinoma Blade Headquarters, noted that amid the backdrop of the globalization, talent is the most valuable resource for an enterprise, and it’s the first time that Sinoma Blade organized training for foreign employees, which is of great significance and far-reaching influence on the company's talent strategy and development.
Lastly, Shi Haibo, general manager of Handan Company, gave a concluding speech, in which he expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Sinoma Blade Headquarters for its attention and support given to this training. According to Shi, Handan Company will bring together all its superior resources and go all out to complete the task of this exchange and training. He hoped that everyone could gain something from the training! The opening ceremony came to a successful conclusion amid warm applause.
This training aims to promote the internationalization and localization of Brazil Company’s talent construction. Through in-depth exchanges and learning, the training will help convey business knowledge and skills, promote cultural exchanges and integration among subsidiaries, facilitate the implementation of the "Two Seas" strategy, and expand overseas markets. It advocates unremitting efforts made to accelerate the construction of a world-class wind power blade enterprise with global competitiveness.
