China National Materials Technology (Brazil) Wind Power Blade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Brazil Company") is a subsidiary of China National Building Materials Group. It is jointly established by China National Materials Technology Wind Power Blade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China National Materials Blade") and China National Materials Overseas Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China National Materials Overseas") in Brazil, and is the first overseas wind power blade production base under China National Materials Blade.

The Brazilian company was established in May 2022, which is an important achievement of Sinoma Leaf and Sinoma's overseas cooperation to go global. The Brazilian company has the production capacity for large wind turbine blades. In the future, as the "Two Seas Strategy" base of Sinoma Blades, Brazil will strive to promote the development of offshore wind power industry and the international cooperation in the production capacity of the "the Belt and Road" wind power industry, and adhere to the development strategic direction of becoming an international first-class offshore wind power blade research and innovation center and a large offshore wind power blade and international export demonstration industrial base.
