It is established by Sinoma Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002080), a listed company in China's A-share market, as the main sponsor, and is subordinate to China National Building Materials Group Co., Ltd., a central enterprise directly managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
