Sinoma Blade's after-sales service technical team always adheres to the "Customer-centered" service tenet and has established an efficient response mechanism, including collecting personalized customer needs, establishing customer files, opening multi-dimensional repair channels, creating a closed-loop tracking and feedback process, etc., in order to provide customers with efficient, accurate, and attentive services, achieve blade life cycle management, and keep optimizing and improving the customer service experience.
Professional team, rich experience
So far, the Company has established more than 10 after-sales service centers and an after-sales service team with over 200 employees, including more than 20 management personnel, 50-plus engineers, and more than 140 after-sales technicians. Over 90% of the staff members of the Company have more than 5 years of experience in wind power after-sales service. All members have passed essential industry certifications such as the "Climbing Permit", "Electrician Certificate", and "Red Cross First Aid Certificate", so that they have essential skills for industries such as aerial work, climbing and erection, and electrical equipment installation and operation. They have rich work experience and can handle various on-site blade-related issues, with the ability to independently undertake fault handling, analysis, evaluation, and sum-up. We have a professional training team, of which, multiple trainers have acquired GWO-BR teacher training qualification through the Global Wind Organization (GWO) “Basic Safety Training”. They have trained and certified numerous after-sales technicians to establish an after-sales elite team, achieving full coverage of domestic and international service businesses, and aiming at improving professional capabilities in the industry.
