Manufacturing Capability - Advanced Manufacturing Technology

With mature experience in composite material molding and processing, we capitalize on advanced automation, digitalization, and intelligent technology to build an intelligent manufacturing plant suitable for ultra-large wind turbine blades. Develop a series of mobile post-processing robots for automatic grinding and trimming, establish a digital workshop management system with precise positioning, visual monitoring, and remote equipment control, to achieve high efficiency and high-quality delivery of wind turbine blades.

Testing Capability - High-efficiency Testing Center

We boast several domestically leading testing equipment including component-level fatigue testing machine, high/low temperature universal testing machine, rheometer, DMA, etc. We have passed CNAS international certification and can conduct physical and chemical property tests and structural mechanical property tests on raw materials, components, and full-size blades.

Material Testing: 3 sets of 10T universal testing machines, 2 sets of 10T fatigue testing machines, 1 set of 30T static testing machine, and 1 set of 25T fatigue testing machine.

Component Testing: bolt sleeve testing: static force 250T, fatigue 100T; 100T static fatigue test: maximum test sample size is 2.2m.

Blade Testing: There are a total of 14 blade test benches, which can test blades with a maximum length of 175-180m. The static force testing can achieve 10-point collaborative loading, and the fatigue testing supports dual-point testing through the resonance method. The maximum static load can reach 200,000KN.m.
