Hinggan League Company of Sinoma Wind Power Blade (Xilin Gol) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sinoma Blade Hinggan League or the Company) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinoma Wind Power Blade Co., Ltd. and a branch of Sinoma Wind Power Blade (Xilin Gol) Co., Ltd.

Founded in April 2020, Sinoma Blade Hinggan League is located in Ulan Hot City, Hinggan League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The establishment of Sinoma Blade Hinggan League responds to the needs of strategic customers and supports the poverty alleviation projects in the old revolutionary base areas of Hinggan League. It is an important measure to seize the opportunities of the wind power equipment market in the Hinggan League region, and to acquire more market orders from Northeast China and Inner Mongolia. Sinoma Blade Hinggan League has a capacity of producing 120 sets of wind power blades (3.0MW and above) per year. The goal of the project is to create a new management model, and carry out small-batch production tasks near the wind farm in the form of small team and project-based system, in order to achieve rapid production and profitability.

Since the "14th Five-Year Plan" was put in place, the impacts brought by the inception phase of factory construction and industry fluctuation have been gradually eliminated, and the Company's business operations have continued to improve.
