Sinoma Wind Power Blade (Baicheng) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Baicheng Company") is affiliated to China National Building Material Group. It is one of the wind power blade production bases of Sinoma Wind Power Blade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinoma Blade") that focuses on Northeast China.

Founded in April 2010, Baicheng Company is an important achievement of Sinoma Blade in implementing the national development strategy of "Strongly building seven 10-million-kilowatt-level wind power bases". Baicheng Company has a capacity of producing more than 1.5 GW large-scale wind power blades per year and supplies the products to domestic and international renowned customers in batches.

Baicheng Company has been conferred upon honorary titles such as "High-tech Enterprise", "State-level Green Factory", "Engineering Technology Research Center of Jilin Province", "Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive, and Innovative SMEs of Jilin Province", and "Home of National Model Staff”. Over the years, Baicheng Company has continuously upgraded product models, expanded its scale, and increased output value, and actively fulfilled social responsibilities. In the future, Baicheng Company will better serve the wind power market in Northeast China and eastern Inner Mongolia, and keep growing into the best wind power blade manufacturing enterprise of Northeast China.
