Sinomatech (Jiuquan) Wind Power Blade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiuquan Company") is affiliated to China National Building Material Group. It is one of the wind power blade production bases of Sinoma Wind Power Blade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sinoma Blade) that focuses on Northwest China.

Founded in November 2008, Jiuquan Company is an important achievement from joint efforts by Sinoma Blade and Jiuquan City of Gansu Province for deepening the strategic cooperation. The company is also the first subordinate enterprise established by Sinoma Blade outside Beijing, and it helps Jiuquan City successfully build China’s first 10-million-kilowatt-level wind power base. Jiuquan Company started construction in March 2009. It took Jiuquan Company only 99 days from the start of construction to the production and launch of the first blade, which created the "Jiuquan Speed" featuring construction, production and compliance with standards in the same year. In the year of production, 300 blades were produced, achieving an output value of over RMB 100 million. Jiuquan Company has a capacity of producing more than 4.7 GW of large-scale wind power blades per year, and it supplies products to domestic and international renowned customers in batches.

Jiuquan Company has been conferred upon a lot of qualifications and honors such as "High-tech Enterprise", "The Second Batch of Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive, and Innovative Little Giant Enterprises", and "State-level Green Factory". It has been awarded the title of "Advanced Tax-paying Enterprise" for several years in a row. In the future, Jiuquan Company will rely on its natural geographical advantage of being the “Wind Depot of the World" to continuously enhance its core competitiveness, with a view to growing into a leading wind power blade manufacturing enterprise in Northwest China.
