Sinoma Wind Power Blade (FuNing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Funing Company") is affiliated to China National Building Material Group. It is one of the wind power blade production bases under Sinoma Wind Power Blade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinoma Blade") that focuses on implementation of the "Two Seas Strategy".

Founded in December 2007, Funing Company was wholly acquired by Sinoma Blade In July 2012. It is an R&D and manufacturing base and testing center for Sinoma Blade's large-megawatt-level products. Funing Company has a capacity of producing more than 4GW of large-scale wind power blades per year. It supplies to domestic and international renowned customers, with products exported to more than 20 countries including the United States, Thailand, and Chile. Funing Company has a 13MW-122m full-life-cycle full-size side-pull loading indoor test bench with international advanced level. Funing Company has passed both DNVGL and CNAS certifications, making it have the ability to test hundred-meter-level blades.

Funing Company has been conferred upon multiple honors and qualifications such as "High-tech Enterprise", "State -level Green Factory", "Jiangsu Province Engineering Technology Research Center", "Jiangsu Province Enterprise Technology Center", and "Jiangsu Province Postgraduate Workstation". It has grown into one of the three blade production bases in the world that can produce one thousand sets of hundred-meter-level blades. In the future, Funing Company will focus on technological innovation and digital transformation to keep enhancing its core competitiveness, strive to be the vanguard of high-quality development in the coastal areas of the wind power blade industry, and grow into a world-class wind power blade manufacturing enterprise with global competitiveness.
