On October 17, the "Live News" program of CCTV-13 reported on Sinoma Blade's first launch of the world's longest onshore " Shagehuang " blade 12.XMW-SI118.
According to CCTV report, the world's longest onshore wind turbine blade Shagehuang blade was debuted at the CWP2023, and the length of a single blade is 118 meters, with sweeping area of the entire blade wheel exceeding the size of six standard soccer fields. It’s worth saying that the electricity generated by the blade wheel in one hour can meet the electricity demands of six families (with three members each) in one year. The blade not only has a longer physical length, but also adopts a super strong pre-embedded connection technology, increasing its load-bearing capacity by more than 15%.
The annual China Wind Power was unveiled in Beijing on October 17. A multitude of exhibitors brought new products and technologies to the event.
