On July 31, Sinoma Blade convened the 2022 Semi-annual business meeting in Beijing. The meeting comprehensively summed up the completion of the company's key tasks in the first half of 2022 and studied and deployed the key tasks for the second half of the year. The middle and senior managers of the headquarters and affiliated enterprises attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Zhuang Qinxia, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the Company.
First of all, General Manager Wang Xin, on behalf of the management team, made a Semi-annual report on the operation work, reported the progress of the main business objectives and key work, analyzed current market situation and challenges, and deployed the key work of the Company for the second half of the year. Wang pointed out that we should further focus on the Company's strategy and annual business objectives, fully implement various plans, act quickly, take on responsibilities and work hard to achieve the annual business tasks and work objectives.
Subsequently, R&D Director Li Chengliang gave a special report on innovation work, and Gao Yang, director for safety, environmental protection, and quality, gave a special report on safety, environmental protection, and quality. Some senior executives in charge of business and heads of affiliated enterprises summed up and reported on the special work of data governance. In addition, the heads of affiliated enterprises reported on the production and operation situation in the first half of the year and planned key actions for the second half of the year one by one. Xi Liqin, the secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, delivered a special report on warning education. Finally, Zhuang Qinxia, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the BOD, made a summary of the meeting.
Zhuang Qinxia pointed out that in the first half of this year, the Company's various business lines worked together in a coordinated manner, and the key work was carried out in an orderly manner. During the special period of industry development, all cadres and workers of the Company showed their tenacity and willpower in work, and achieved hard-won business results. In the second half of the year, all business lines of the Company should continue to focus on key goals and tasks, strengthen confidence, lock in objectives, intensify measures, act quickly, continuously improve the overall capabilities of the Company, maintain market position, complete the Company's annual goals and tasks, and make unremitting efforts to lay a more solid foundation for the sustainable development of the Company.
