Do Practical Work, Warm People's Hearts - Do Things Well to Satisfy Employees

Since the launch of the Party history learning and education, Sinoma Blade Xilin (the Company) has been further pushing ahead with the practice activity "Serving the masses with practical actions", and doing practical work to warm people's hearts. The Company showed concerns and solicitude for its employees through a series of heartwarming actions.

Parking lot: wide space mirrors greater tolerance


There are too many vehicles within the Company. If parking the vehicle on the roadside, the owner has some worries: not only does it affect the transportation of blades, but also the owner has to worry about scratch. The existing parking lot is a stretch of land. On sunny days, you have to deal with much dust; on rainy days, you are faced with much mud... After receiving employee feedback, the Party Branch immediately worked with the trade union to arrange personnel to harden and expand the original parking lot. Through leveling, renovation, and compaction, the Company spent only 10 days in hardening original parking lot and expanded the parking lot by 2,300 square meters, in addition to completing the markings and camera installations. The parking lot supports simultaneous parking of more than 120 vehicles, which completely resolves employees' worries about parking.


The Company starts from trifles and details to attentively solve employees' difficulties, and turn "Problems" into "Bonus Points".

Changing room: Warm showers make the heart warmer.


The changing room has limited area. The bath water is always not hot, and there are not enough shower heads to meet employees’ requirements. After learning about this, the Party Branch immediately organized personnel to conduct on-site inspection. Subsequently, it carried out the maintenance and renovation of the changing room. The original female changing room had only 4 showers. After the expansion, 20 more showers were added, with area expanded by 1.5 times. The male changing room was renovated, and 4 showers and an independent toilet were added. Besides that, the indoor lighting and ventilation effects of the two changing rooms were improved and enhanced.


After moving to the spacious and clean new changing room, employees had smiles on their faces and felt warm in their hearts.


Employee cafeteria: A better environment makes for a better mood.


There was glue on the cafeteria seats, and employees wore paper clothes when entering and leaving the cafeteria. For this reason, the Company specially organized personnel to carry out rectification of the cafeteria. The glue on the cafeteria tables and chairs was regularly cleaned. Electric fans were installed in the cafeteria to improve the employees' dining environment. Clothes hangers were placed at the entrance of the cafeteria to facilitate employees’ change of their paper clothes. After the rectification, the employee cafeteria is warm, comfortable, clean and hygienic, providing employees with a premium dining environment.


There is no trivial matter for employees. True feelings are shown in the subtleties. Starting from reality, Xilin Company (the Company) attentively and affectionately helps the masses solve troublesome matters. With practical actions, the Company builds a bridge connecting the Party and the masses, living up to the goal of serving employees warmly and solving problems thoroughly.
