The first phase of the "Training Course for Enhancing the Abilities of Middle and Senior Management Personnel" organized by Sinoma Blade has been successfully completed

To improve the management level of the team and promote the continuous cultivation of excellent management talents in the company. The company held the first centralized training session of the "Middle and Senior Management Capability Enhancement Training Course" at the Exhibition Business School of Dongsheng Science and Technology Park from June 4th to 5th, 2019.

The theme of this training is "A+Manager Level 1 Growth Acceleration", and experienced teacher Wang Yixiang has been invited to teach for everyone.

Chairman Huang Zaiman delivered a welcome speech to the trainees and expressed the expectation of "learning, applying, experiencing, and improving at the same time";

General Manager Wang Xin presented awards to outstanding TTT training workers in March;

Party Secretary Zhuang Qinxia has put forward requirements for the discipline of the two-day training.

41 senior management personnel and some core backbone personnel from the headquarters participated in this training.

During the two-day course, students were divided into 6 groups and received training in various forms such as group discussions, team training, and instructor led lectures. Teacher Wang Yixiang gave a systematic explanation on five aspects: management role cognition and transformation, management performance, talent based application, employee motivation, and management collaboration. The students not only learned management methods and tools, but also deeply reflected on and summarized their shortcomings in their work, as well as the directions they need to improve in the future.

In order to ensure the effectiveness of the training, the students consciously placed their mobile phones in the parking lot.

The implementation of the 2019 training for enhancing the abilities of middle and senior management personnel has enabled students to master corresponding management knowledge, improve management skills, and also required them to transform their knowledge and skills into work.
