Good news! Zhongcai Blade independently developed 8MW-85.6 offshore all glass fiber blades and successfully hung them on the machine

On April 28, 2020, Sinoma's self-developed Sinoma 85.6 offshore all glass fiber blades, which were matched with Goldwind GW175-8.0 units, were successfully hoisted in Xinghua Bay, Fujian Province!

The Sinoma 85.6 blades lifted this time have a length of 85.6m, a maximum chord length of 4.88m, a wind turbine diameter of 175m, and a sweeping area of 23891m2, equivalent to the size of 3.4 standard football fields. The blade adopts a brand new aerodynamic shape and an all glass fiber structure design, which has the characteristics of high reliability, low load, lightweight, and easy manufacturing. It is currently the company's largest mass-produced offshore wind turbine blade product.
