On September 15, 2022, the kick-off meeting for Sinoma Blade Brazil Manufacturing Base Project ("Brazil Project" for short) took place ceremoniously in Beijing. Xue Zhongmin, secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Sinoma Science & Technology, and Liu Yan, secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Sinoma International, attended the meeting and delivered speeches on behalf of the project's investment shareholders . Zhu Hongbing, deputy chief engineer of Three Gorges International, Zhang Zhengqiang, deputy general manager of Three Gorges Capital, and Zhao Jifeng, assistant general manager of CNIC Corporation, were invited to attend the meeting, where they delivered congratulatory remarks. The meeting was chaired by Zhuang Qinxia, vice president of Sinoma Science & Technology, secretary of the Party Committee of Sinoma Blade, and chairman of the BOD. And the meeting was attended by Yin Zhisong, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and president of Sinoma International, Chen Zhibin, vice president and secretary to the chairman of Sinoma Science & Technology, Gao Chao, secretary of the Party Committee and executive director of Sinoma Overseas, Zhu Linhe, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of Sinoma Overseas, Wang Xin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of the Company, as well as some leaders of Sinoma Science & Technology, Sinoma International, Sinoma Overseas and the Company. Zhuang Qinxia presides over the meeting
Sinoma Blade and Sinoma Overseas, with a 70% and 30% stake respectively, have jointly established Sinoma Wind Power Blade (Brazil) Co., Ltd., which invested in the construction of Brazil Project. The project is located in the state of Bahia, Brazil, and through technical renovation to existing rented factory, the project can achieve an annual production capacity of 260 wind turbine blades. The project will be completed and put into operation in the middle of 2023 as planned.
Chairman Xue Zhongmin pointed out in his speech that the Brazil Project is the real starting point for Sinoma Blade's international development, and also a landmark node for Sinoma Science & Technology and Sinoma International to deepen strategic cooperation and go global together. Since the implementation of the 14th Five-Year Plan, amid the backdrop that different countries enacted economic stimulus measures, the economic development situation is expected to keep promising for a long time, and the global demands for electricity have been steadily increasing. Renewable energy sources such as wind and solar energy have been increasingly prominent in the power structure. Brazil, with its favorable wind resources and strong government support, has become a popular emerging market for wind power investors. The wind turbine blade line is one of the key pillar lines under Sinoma Science & Technology. After 17 years of tenacious development, the line has become the leading player in domestic wind turbine blade market. Looking ahead, we, in face of global resources and business opportunities, believe that internationalized development is the only way forward. "Going global" is a prerequisite for us to become a world-class enterprise, so we must be resolute in our attitude and actions, and have the belief that we will win the first battle. In addition, we must be proactive, down-to-earth, and make good plans in terms of ideology, talent, and risk control, so as to complete the project and generate benefits as soon as possible, and win a beautiful victory in the international arena of the wind power industry!

Chairman Liu Yan said that the Brazil Project is the second overseas cooperation project between Sinoma International and Sinoma Science & Technology after the cooperation of the Vietnam-based membrane material project. As one of the investors of the project, Sinoma International is excited to witness numerous achievements made during the preparation stage of the project construction, and it gives full recognition to the efforts made by both teams in overcoming difficulties, taking responsibility, and promoting the successful start of the project. He pointed out that Sinoma Overseas is a platform for Sinoma International to professionally carry out new energy development and construction, equipment manufacturing, operation and maintenance, etc. He hoped that in the future, all parties can further deepen global cooperation, continuously promote the development of global green energy, and jointly make outstanding contributions to the realization of China's "Dual Carbon" targets, as well as the carbon emission reduction and carbon neutrality of the Three Gorges Group and China National Building Material Group.
