On June 8, the delivery ceremony for the first set of blades (GW93) of Sinoma Wind Power Blade (Yiwu) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sinoma Blade Yiwu) took place in Naomaohu Town. Kong Xiangkuan, supply chain engineer of Goldwind Science and Technology, and Liang Shunhai, assistant general manager of Sinoma Blade Yiwu, attended the ceremony.
Sinoma Blade Yiwu strictly follows the strategy of China National Building Material Group to seize opportunities from the "30·60" carbon peaking and carbon neutrality development strategy, while focusing on production of high-quality products in the blade market. Since the Company officially started production in February this year, it has continuously improved its production scale and efficiency. Today, the Company is capable of producing 6 sets of molds and blade profile(up to 120m-level), with an annual production capacity of 300 sets. The Company is located on the north side of the Tianshan Mountains, 10 kilometers away from the wind field, making it enjoy unique location advantage and transportation advantage, achieve an important layout of the blade industry in the northern Tianshan region, further expand its blade sales service scope, and also lay a solid foundation for its sales extension along the Belt and Road.
The first set of blades (GW93) shipped this time are 4.55 MW blades produced for Forty Jingzi Wind-solar Hybrid Projects in Mulei Kazakh Autonomous County, Changji, Xinjiang. Since the first blade successfully rolled off the production line, all employees of Sinoma Blade Yiwu have directly faced pressures and difficulties with practical actions, worked with enthusiasm, and achieved hard-won results. This also marks that Sinoma Blade Yiwu has production and manufacturing ability from blade molding to post processing. In the next stage, Sinoma Blade Yiwu will continue to optimize the process reasonably, improve product quality, accelerate production pace, ensure timely delivery of products, and deliver a satisfactory “Report Card” to customers. That will lay a foundation for the Company to become an international top-notch and domestic first-class blade production factory.
