Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Announcing the List of Green Manufacturing in 2022 All competent departments of industry and information technology in all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, cities specifically designated in the state plan, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps: To implement the 14th Five-Year Plan for Green Development of Industry and the Implementation Plan for Carbon Peaking in the Industrial Sector, and keep improving the green manufacturing system, the “List of Green Manufacturing in 2022” has been determined through self-evaluation by the declaring units, evaluation by the third party organization, assessment and confirmation by provincial-level industry and information technology authorities, and other procedures such as expert discussion and publicity. It is hereby made public. Relevant matters are notified as follows, I. In the list of green manufacturing in 2022, there are 874 green factories, 643 green design products, 47 green industrial parks and 112 green supply chain management enterprises (see Appendix 1-4). |
Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the List of Green Manufacturing in 2022. Sinoma (Pingxiang) Wind Power Blade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinoma Blade Pingxiang" or the Company) was selected and conferred the honorary title of national "Green Factory". This is also another "Green achievement" certificate acquired by Sinoma Blade Pingxiang following the Company’s success in winning the honors “Jiangxi Province Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive, and Innovative SMEs” and “Green Factories of Jiangxi Province”.

Green factory, as the core supporting unit of the green manufacturing system, is the main entity in charge of green manufacturing implementation, and it focuses on making the production process environment-friendly. Efforts to comprehensively build green factory featuring “Intensive land use, harmless raw materials, clean production, reclamation of wastes, low-carbon energy” is regarded as the important part of the implementation of the strategy for building a strong manufacturing country by comprehensively promoting green manufacturing and constructing a green manufacturing system. It is also an important means to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
In recent years, Sinoma Blade Pingxiang, by insisting on the “Green, circular and low-carbon” economic development direction, has made efforts to build a resource-saving enterprise. It kept saving energy and reducing consumption to enhance its refined management level and optimize production process. In the meantime, the Company replaced oil paint with water-based paint, and further improved its “High-efficiency, clean, low-carbon, and circular” green equipment manufacturing system. Also, the Company actively implemented green factory operation requirements and constantly explored new approaches to reduce emissions. It continued to carry out clean production, solid waste reduction, dust control, VOCs emission reduction and other work to promote upgrading of ecology and environmental protection in the Company.
