Sinoma Blade Handan Wins the Title of "Work Safety Red Flag Unit" of Hebei Province

Hebei Federation of Trade Unions, together with the Department of Emergency Management of Hebei Province and the Health Commission of Hebei Province, announced the winners of the "100-day Work Safety Competition" of key industries and enterprises for “Risk Prevention, Hidden Trouble Detection, and Safety Assurance” of 2023. and Sinoma Blade Handan(the Company) was conferred the honorary title of "Work Safety Red Flag Unit" of Hebei Province.

The Company has thoroughly implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping's important comments on work safety, established and refined the work safety responsibility system for all levels of responsible persons, departments, and positions, clarified the work safety responsibilities of all employees of the Company, and strictly implemented the responsibilities. While upholding the principle of "Setting aside and using fees in full amount", the Company strictly observed the regulations to set aside and use corporate work safety fees, living up to the goal of special funds for designated purposes. The Company carried out work safety education and training in a down-to-earth manner, and organized training on work safety laws, regulations, national standards, industry standards, and analysis of representative accident cases. In 2023, the Company organized 10,236 person-times of training all told. Meanwhile, the Company strengthened the investigation of hidden troubles related to work safety accident: every month, an inspection team led by the Company's main principal and composed of department heads, supervisors, and safety management personnel conducted all-around inspections to all areas of each subsidiary, and a total of 585 hidden troubles were identified, with a timely rectification rate of 100%.

In addition, Sinoma Blade Handan carried out multi-dimensional safety publicity & education and work safety knowledge quiz activities whiling focusing on "Work Safety Month" and "Occupational Disease Prevention & Control Publicity Week", in order to integrate "safety culture, awareness, control" with its daily production operations, and foster an atmosphere of “Strong safety awareness, safety management, and safety guarantee” throughout the Company.

Sinoma Blade Handan’s success in winning the title of "Work Safety Red Flag Unit" is not only a recognition to its work safety in the past year, but also an encouragement and incentive for its future work safety. In the days to come, the Company will always keep a high sense of responsibility and mission, strengthen the implementation of safety management work, open up safety supervision nodes, build a strong safety protection network, and do its bid for the stability of the Company's work safety.
