For a company, employee safety education and training is an important part of safety management. To further improve corporate safety education, Handan Company has installed VR safety experience equipment in the employee practical operation training room. The Safety Office, by upholding experiential education concept, adopts simulation training, somatosensory drill, and actual combat drill and other means to create a safety education platform aiming at improving employees' safety operation ability. This provides Handan Company with a new carrier in work safety awareness education, and makes employees further realize the significance of safety training from a sensory perspective.
Front-line operators experience in person the practical role of various safety protection supplies at the moment of danger. Therefore, the warning education purpose “Real Learning, Real Practicing, Real Understanding, Real Mastering” was achieved through "Experience, feeling, participation, and practical training" mode, and the safety concept was deeply rooted in people's hearts.
Since launch of the Safety Month in 2024, Handan Company has organized the forklift team, support team, training team, and functional team and other positions to partake in the experience of more than 50 person-times. Through scene simulation, the Company gave early warning of forklift driving, reversing and rolling, ladder falling, office fire, and high-altitude operation falling and other training projects. By combining theoretical education with practice, the Company enabled employees of all positions to have intimate knowledge of the working principles and precautions of special-purpose equipment and facilities, completely eliminate their bad habits, and keep improving their safety awareness and comprehensive ability.
