Serving the Masses with Practical Actions | Improve Employees' Accommodation Environment Attentively and Creatively

At the beginning of 2022, Baicheng Company (the Company) focused on the key task of "Serving the Masses with Practical Actions", took into account the Company's reality, and actively did practical things and solved problems for employees. It made new progress in "Doing practical things and opening up a new situation", and promoted the implementation of "Serving the Masses with Practical Actions" in a down-to-earth manner.

With the development of the Company, the number of employees from other places and transferred personnel increased with each passing day, resulting in high accommodation cost. Starting from the urgent accommodation issue that employees face, Baicheng Company considered a variety of aspects (e.g., safety, economy, practicality, and convenience) and conducted multiple surveys and earnest comparisons. By upholding the principle of convenience in work, life, dining, and transportation, the Company rented a community with superior environment, complete facilities and the minimum distance to the Company as the new staff dormitory. The new dormitory was put into use in February, providing employees with a clean and comfortable residence. The Company meticulously created a cozy haven for employees, kept enhancing their sense of happiness and belonging, and stimulated their vitality in starting business.

The implementation of this Employee Dormitory Special Improvement Project “Serving the Masses with Practical Actions” helped not just improve employees' accommodation conditions, but bring down the accommodation cost by about 50%. In the meantime, a lot of valuable opinions and suggestions were solicited in this Employee Dormitory Special Improvement Project, and now the Company has begun to earnestly classify, sum up, sort out them one by one, and formulate rectification measures item by item, in order to ensure that the work is done in a meticulous, down-to-earth, and complete manner. The Company will do good and practical things to the satisfaction of the masses and keep enhancing employees' sense of belonging, happiness and safety.
