Campus recruitment interviews are divided into two rounds: professional interview and comprehensive interview, which are conducted in online/offline form. All interview arrangements will be notified through online email or SMS, and offline phone invitation is also available. Feedback will be given within 5 workdays after the interview.

Currently, the system is set to allow submission of a maximum of two preferences. If the first preference is not suitable, the system will automatically proceed to the second preference

What is the term of the labor contract? How many months is the probation period?
The labor contract for fresh graduates is signed for a term of 6 years, with a probation period of 6 months. The internship period can be deducted from the probation period.

The payment will commence after the formal graduation and the signing of the labor contract, with the payment ratio in accordance with national regulations.
