During the period from July 14 to July 26, Sinoma Blade held the 2023 college student orientation training in Beijing, with 104 new employees from the headquarters and 10 subsidiaries/branches participating in the training. This training aims to strengthen the construction of talent sources, guide new employees to take the first step in the workplace, enhance their sense of identity and cohesion with the Company, master basic product and business knowledge, and lay a foundation for their career development.
On the afternoon of July 14, Wang Xin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Sinoma Blade, attended the opening ceremony. On behalf of all the employees, Wang Xin extended a warm welcome to the new employees. Then, with the theme of "Talents gather in Sinoma to chase wind, and build their dreams in new energy with youth”, Wang briefed new employees on the Company from the aspects such as DNA inheritance, development history, technical advantages, team building, market performance, management system, and future development of the industry. Finally, Wang encouraged the new employees to become ambitious young people with lofty dream, and set good life goals and first-class standards, in an effort to become a valuable person. According to Wang, the new employees should become resilient and persistent young people who work hard and do their job well, become enterprising young people with thoughts and insights, who are innovative, diligent in thinking, and proactive, become responsible young people with principles, who act with integrity, work honestly, and take the initiative to take responsibility.
During the period from July 15 to 25, the Company arranged 11 days of military training, outward bound training, and orientation training for the trainees. Under the scorching sun, the trainees underwent a series of rigorous training from standing at attention to formation drills, demonstrating their spirit of fearlessness and willingness to take on responsibilities. In the outward bound training, the trainees challenged themselves and successfully completed various projects, enhancing their sense of collective responsibility and team cohesion. In the theoretical training, the trainees actively learned and mastered product knowledge and professional skills, improving their professional quality and laying a solid foundation for their future working abilities.
On the morning of July 26, the Company held a sum-up meeting for the 2023 college student orientation training class themed on "Building Dreams, Embarking on a New Journey, Stepping Forward with Resilience, and Greeting Youth". The trainees presented report-back performances including greeting the corporate flag, formation drill, and military boxing exercise. Twelve student representatives, including Tian Zhenfei, Xu Xintong, and He Baolin, shared their experience and ideas and expressed their sincere gratitude to the Company, drill masters, and training teachers for their efforts. Meng Rui, deputy director for human resources, gave a concluding speech, hoping that the trainees could be down-to-earth, hardworking, diligent, and modest in learning in the follow-up workshop work, in order to successfully complete the learning and training of this stage.
During the training period, many individuals and groups with excellent performance emerged. Among them, six students including Wang Wenfeng, Zhu Jun, and Zhang Hongyu were rated as "Excellent Students"; six students including Liang Jianlai, Zhao Chen, and Sun Pengcheng were rated as "Military Training Pacesetters"; the first group of Class One and the second group of Class Two were rated as "Excellent Learning Groups".
The training covers multiple aspects such as corporate culture, business knowledge, process technology, professional quality, and military training, aiming to enhance the comprehensive quality and work skills of new employees from multiple perspectives, levels, and aspects. It serves as the first button in their career and lays a solid foundation for their upcoming work.
